Paul Batchelor will join us to read from his long-awaited second collection Acts of Oblivion (Carcanet, 2022). This is a stunning book, full of poems which contain intense moments of lyricism, balanced with the expansiveness of the novel in their treatment of history and place. Rachel Mann is an Anglican priest and a poet. In her mesmerising debut A Kingdom of Love (Carcanet, 2019) she tackles themes such as the nature of belief, suffering and love, in poetry rich with allusions and full of sensuality. With Dove Cottage Young Poets Fleur Parkin & Jonathan Dunkinson.
