Come and celebrate with three of the 2020 Poetry Business New Poets Pamphlet winners Lauren Hollingsworth-Smith, Lucy Holt and Gboyega Odubanjo. Lauren Hollingsworth-Smith will be reading from Ugly Bird. Her work is both joyful and dark, full of surprising juxtapositions and startling imagery. Lucy Holt’s pamphlet Have a nice weekend I think you're interesting asks the reader to pay attention to the unexpected – from eye-lash curlers to dual carriageways. Gboyega Odubanjo’s Aunty Uncle Poems is full of formal invention and humour, whilst often being deeply moving.
